Privacy policy

Free readings

Your optional question and six cast lines stay in the current browser while you use the free reading. We do not add advertising trackers or send the free question to an AI provider.

Paid deep readings

When you choose a paid report, the question, category, cast lines, payment reference, report, model name, token usage, and timestamps are processed on our servers. Obvious email addresses, phone numbers, and links are removed before storage. Do not enter names or identifying details. Records expire after 30 days.

Service providers

Stripe processes checkout, payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and receipt information under its own privacy policy. We store the Stripe checkout reference, amount, currency, and payment status, but not your card number.

DeepSeek processes the redacted question and the relevant editorial source packet to generate a paid report. DeepSeek states that personal data used by its service may be processed and stored in the People's Republic of China. Do not purchase a report if you do not agree to that international processing.

Hosting and security logs

Our hosting provider may process ordinary delivery and security information such as network address, request time, browser type, and errors. We use access tokens in paid report links; anyone with the complete link may be able to open that report, so keep it private.

Your choices

You may use the free tool without an account. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting the support address that will be published before live payments. Mandatory rights under applicable privacy law are not limited by this policy.
