Privacy policy

Free readings

Your optional question and six cast lines stay in the current browser while you use the free reading. We do not add advertising trackers or send the free question to an AI provider.

Optional behavior analytics

With your permission, Microsoft Clarity collects interaction events, device and usage information, heatmaps, and masked session replays on the free tool. We measure reading starts, completions, and checkout steps, not the content of your question. Questions and reading results are masked; private paid report pages do not load Clarity. Advertising storage is denied. Declining does not affect readings or checkout. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences below the free tool. These statistics represent consenting sessions, not all visitors or verified individual people. See Microsoft's privacy statement.

Paid deep readings

When you choose a paid report, the question, category, cast lines, payment reference, report, model name, token usage, and timestamps are processed on our servers. Obvious email addresses, phone numbers, and links are removed before storage. Do not enter names or identifying details. Records expire after 30 days.

Service providers

Stripe processes checkout, payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and receipt information under its own privacy policy. We store the Stripe checkout reference, amount, currency, and payment status, but not your card number.

DeepSeek processes the redacted question and the relevant editorial source packet to generate a paid report. DeepSeek states that personal data used by its service may be processed and stored in the People's Republic of China. Do not purchase a report if you do not agree to that international processing.

Hosting and security logs

Our hosting provider may process ordinary delivery and security information such as network address, request time, browser type, and errors. We use access tokens in paid report links; anyone with the complete link may be able to open that report, so keep it private.

You may use the free tool without an account. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting support@yijingcompass.com. Mandatory rights under applicable privacy law are not limited by this policy.
